Reservation & cancellation policy

Reservation Policy:

All room rates are quoted in US$ Dollar (net – Non commissionable) per room per night.
All room rates are including taxes & service charge based on room & breakfast buffet.
The hotel cannot be held responsible for the changes in taxation laws & will not bear the incremental differential to the rates.
All room rates are including free wireless internet in both rooms and public area.
All room rates are including water, coffee and tea tray in the rooms.
New booking requests will be subject to hotel availability
Arrival and Departure:
Check-in: 2:00pm Check-out: 12:00 pm
Early check in before 07:00 hrs. will be charged as full room rate and after this time will be free of charge subject to hotel availability.
Late checkout will be free of charge from 12:00 hrs. till 15:00 hrs. subject to hotel availability
A supplement of 50% of the room rate will be charged for late check- out between 15:00 hrs. to 18:00 hrs. and full room rate will be charged from 18:00 hrs. onwards.

Cancellation & No Show Policy:

In case of cancellations less than 07 days full nights will be charged.
No-show or same day cancellation the hotel will charge at contracted rate (bed and breakfast).
